Ready to unlock savings on your next cruise port adventure? You’ve come to the right place! This page is where I share special deals and promo codes that I have access to from time to time, specifically for tickets to local attractions, independent tours and shore excursions booked through third party operators.
I’m not a travel agent (You can read more about me here), so I generally do not have access to cruise deals (ie. discounted cruise fares).
I always post active deals and promo codes on my Facebook page first! So connect with me on Facebook to be notified with the latest promo codes. (I only post a couple of times a week, at most, so I won’t clog up your Facebook feed!)

Current Deals & Promo Codes
1. Tiqets – 5% Promo Code
🇪🇺 Cruising from Rome, Barcelona, Athens, or London this summer? Don’t book your pre-cruise tours until you’ve checked out Tiqets! My friends at Tiqets have given me an exclusive 5% discount code, and their site is fantastic for city tours and museum tickets in Europe.
Here’s how to get your discount:
✅ Use My Link: https://tiqets.tpx.li/i9fZRYCy (The promo code only works with this specific link!)
✅ Enter Promo Code: SUMMERTP5 at checkout. The promo code box is right underneath where you type in your name and email address, in the final check-out screen.
✅ Book By: August 31, 2025. The code is for bookings made this summer, but your actual tour can be for a later date!
This is perfect for grabbing those must-have tickets for the Colosseum in Rome or a Gaudi tour in Barcelona before they sell out.
As always, double-check the cancellation policy for any tour you book!
2. GetYourGuide – Selected Tour Discounts
Discounts below are listed by city, in alphabetical order:
- Athens: Day Trip to Meteora – no code required – 18% discount – this is best suited as a pre-cruise excursion
This list was last updated on 6th May 2025. Note that the above discounts may be withdrawn by the tour operator at any time.
3. Airalo e-SIM
There’s TONS of eSIM providers out there! But the one that I use myself is Airalo. I’ve used it in 20+ countries and it works every time on my iPhone.
Get US$3 off your first eSIM data pack from Airalo when you use ROXANN1666 when you sign up or apply it at checkout
4. Azamara Cruises
Update July 2025: Azamara Cruises is, unfortunately, sunsetting this referral program. If you haven’t booked using my offer by now, you won’t be eligible for the gift card. I’m keeping the wording here for a few months, as there’s some outstanding bookings from cruisers who will receive OBC instead.
If you’ve never travelled with Azamara Cruises before (or haven’t travelled with Azamara for at least the past five years), then you can be eligible for a US$200 digital Visa gift card if you book a cruise, either directly through Azamara Cruises’ website, contact centre or via your travel agent.
Register Email First: To be eligible, you MUST register your email address first. It needs to be the same email address that you will use to book your Azamara cruise – register hereBook & pay deposit: After registration, you need to book and pay a deposit of at least US$400 for your cruise to be eligible for the US$200 gift card. Your cruise will be subject to the usual terms and conditions, including cancellation policies, so be sure to check those before you book.Check your Inbox: You’ll receive the US$200 gift card in your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder. A friend used my link to book in May 2025 and the gift card was received quickly via email, after the deposit was paid.
Note that this is a “first-time” thank you incentive / bonus paid to you by Azamara Cruises, not DIYCruisePorts.com. Full terms and conditions are here.
